  • Deliveryman information (for Deliveryman registrations): identity documents, vehicle details, photographs

  • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
  • IP address and approximate location
  • App usage data, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform
  • Log data and crash reports

c) Information from third parties:

  • Information from social login providers (e.g., Google), where you choose to register or log in using such services
  • Information from payment processors regarding transaction status

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfil orders, including coordinating between Customers, Vendors, and Deliverymen;
  • Process payments and prevent fraud;

  • Monitor and analyze usage trends and performance;

We process your personal data on the following legal bases, consistent with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843):

  • Vendors, to the extent necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., name, delivery address, order details);
  • Deliverymen, to the extent necessary to complete delivery (e.g., name, phone number, delivery address);
  • Payment processors, to process transactions securely;
  • Service providers, who perform functions on our behalf, such as SMS/OTP delivery, cloud hosting, and analytics;
  • Regulatory or law enforcement authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights;
  • Business transferees, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
